At MAEV STUDIO, we prioritize durable, quality materials.

Our plastic sunglasses are made from polycarbonate — often from recycled materials, which we give new life to through MAEV design. The specific composition of each model is available on its product page.

Metal models are developed using copper or stainless steel, with a carefully crafted finish for an elegant shine and nickel-free production. All eyewear is tested to ensure this standard.

The lenses are also made of polycarbonate and undergo impact resistance tests, ensuring durability and protection in daily use.

All our sunglasses offer UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UV rays and ensuring safety for your eyes every day.

Depending on the model, the lenses offer different levels of protection:

• Category 3 – ideal for intense sunny days
• Category 2 – balanced protection for daily use
• Category 1 – clearer lenses with mild protection
